Family run hotel with great food, mannerly friendly, attentive, staff in an excellent laid back atmosphere. Re Tubbercurry: a pleasant town to walk around to meet the locals, or sit in the sunshine at the small park, and if u like golf, go for it. Tubber is a great place to base yourself, if u want to fly out from knock airport, or visit the beach in Enniscrone, or go into Castlebar or Galway for a day out, and the price is right as Tara always does great deals. We have been there many times before and have booked again for August. If u go once, you will also be back. Thank you to all at Murphys hotel for an excellent experience.

A very well run family hotel in Tubbercurry. The food is excellent, staff are the same. A one stop shop.. hotel, shop, and barber. The Guinness is good here so stop by and have a rest. This hotel is a small walk to famine burial ground. The old train lines for a walk. Or a stop off to Galway or mayo or Sligo city. Depending or you direction... you decide. That’s Murphys in tubber best place for grubber..

Friendly staff nothing was a bother and great food as well as entertainment in the evening. Comfortable beds and towels changed every day. Would highly recommend Hotel.

The staff was so friendly! The family room was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the live music at the bar and how family friendly the place is. Awesome place; next time we are in the Sligo area, we will definitely stay here.
